Members of the Strath Creek Landcare Group have, for many years, been involved with developing what is now known as Moores Road Reserve. Situated on the banks of the King Parrot Creek at the Kenny Road bridge, this reserve now boasts toilets, picnic tables and an electric barbeque. Locals know this location as a good spot to cool the feet on a hot summers day and if you are quiet, you just may see a platypus.
